Customers decide the name of the advertising agency

The customer is always right

The Aarhus-based advertising agency takes the saying literally and jumps out under the name that customers have already given them in practice: Simply Bureauet.

The name change has been a long time coming, and the timing coincides with Bureauet changing address. In the beginning, the advertising agency gradually grew as an internal department in a large graphic house in Grenaa from 1951 - Johnsen Graphic Solutions.

But Bureauet now stands on its own two feet

- When customers called and wanted to speak to someone from our department, they asked for bureauet. And to show with a twinkle in our eye that we listen to our customers, we took that with a capital B.

This is according to Sune Johnsen, who is the CEO of Bureauet - and also the third generation in the Johnsen company. And the close ties remain strong and intact between Bureauet and Johnsen Graphic Solutions. So the new independent profile rests on a large, well-consolidated foundation.

Bureauet has just moved into high-ceilinged premises on Ringgaden in Aarhus and has hired new staff, making it one of Denmark's few true full-service advertising agencies.

"Separate we are strong"

Customers can already find all modern advertising agency skills at Bureauet - from creative brains to sharp strategists, experienced graphic designers and wild web and online people.

But with a foundation and origin in Johnsen Graphic Solutions in Grenaa, customers also experience a kind of one-stop-shopping with the same Bureauet contact person if they want printed, physical materials such as books, magazines, flags or leaflets.

Bureauet-Director Sune Johnsen elaborates

- We haven't forgotten our DNA and we know how to help customers get the most for their budget - even when it involves production and distribution. The goal is to provide customers with the best of both the advertising and printing industries, while they are free to choose how much or little they want our help with.
