Terms of business for online services

The project is delivered according to the approved design. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the project is delivered without content. The content is inserted by the customer through the agreed interface. For the first 14 days thereafter, any corrections to the setup or graphic design will be made free of charge if it can be attributed to errors and omissions on Johnsen's part.

The delivery is considered completed at the end of the project. Any remaining work at the customer, such as, but not limited to, adding content, does not limit the completion of the project at Johnsen. Copyright of source code and licenses used in the project belongs to Johnsen, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In connection with web tasks, unless otherwise specifically agreed, these are developed to work in the browsers Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Safari in the latest version at the time of development when the agreement is entered into and the previous main version number.

Website operation agreements are signed for a 12-month period, which is automatically extended unless the customer terminates it, see section on termination or termination of operation and customer relationship.

Subscriptions for SOME, SEO, Web support packages and Google Ads are taken out per month.

Johnsen is entitled to immediately stop the customer's operation of the project and terminate the cooperation, the same day the customer is sent to a lawyer for legal collection.

Under no circumstances, in the event of termination or if the customer's project is stopped, can the return of services and operations or the repayment of payments to the defaulting party be demanded in respect of the period prior to the time of the notice of termination. Even if the customer's website is terminated, the case will still be sent to Lawyer for legal collection.

Subscription agreements for the operation and hosting of websites run for 12 months at a time and are automatically renewed unless terminated with 3 months' written notice before the end of a period. A period is always 12 months. Upon termination of the customer's customer relationship with Johnsen, whether by Johnsen or the customer's termination or termination, all customer data on the operating product (including data on email systems) will be deleted 8 days after the final termination of the individual subscription.

Subscription agreements for SOME, SEO, Web support package and Google Ads run on a monthly basis. Termination of subscription to SOME, SEO Web support package or Google Ads must be done with one month's notice before the end of a period.

Johnsen reserves the right to limit or restrict access to a project or the scope of the services included in the operation without notice, to the extent that Johnsen considers such restriction necessary for operational and/or safety reasons.

The customer's use of his product and Johnsen's services in general is in every respect at the customer's own risk and responsibility. Johnsen assumes no responsibility for the content, including the accuracy, legality, reliability, etc. of the information that the customer receives or transmits via the Internet.

Johnsen assumes no responsibility for unauthorized monitoring or collection of or access to the customer's traffic or data.

Johnsen disclaims liability for any damage and any loss that the customer suffers in connection with the customer's subscription, including use of or inability to use the customer's operating product or Johnsen's services in general, regardless of the specific background for this, unless Johnsen has acted intentionally to the detriment of the customer or grossly negligent.

Johnsen disclaims liability for direct losses and indirect losses, including operating losses, consequential damages, loss of data and restoration of data. If Johnsen should be held liable for the customer's use, Johnsen's liability shall, to the greatest extent possible, be limited to an amount equal to the operating price paid by the customer for the applicable operating period.

Johnsen reserves the right to send notifications to the customer. This being in the form of e.g. e-mails, which Johnsen believes may be relevant to the customer. Johnsen reserves the right to include advertisements from third parties in the notifications. The customer can at any time opt out of further notifications from Johnsen.

Johnsen is entitled to change the Terms of Business with a notice period of 30 days.
