Open Indesign and go to the "File" menu and down to "Adobe PDF Presets" and select "Define". A dialog box will appear, click "Load" and the two Joboptions files will be installed one at a time, the two ICC profiles must also be installed.

MAC OS: The two ICC files are placed in the following folder: HD / Library / ColorSync / Profiles / Recomended

PC: Right-click on the file and select "install profile" from the top menu.

We also recommend that ISO standard 12647 is used when the job itself is produced in Indesign. This is done by using the other two files attached.

Installing the csf file on both MAC OS and PC:

Open Bridge and go to the "Edit" menu and down to "Creative Suite Color Settings". At the bottom of the dialog box, select the "Show Saved Color Settings Files" button to copy the two csf files.

To be on the safe side, close all Adobe programs. Now start by opening Bridge, and find "Creative Suite Color Settings" again, and choose either ISO coated or uncoated depending on which piece of paper you want to print on.

Highlight e.g. ISO coated and press "Apply", this selection is now applied to the entire Adobe package (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc.).
