We are looking for a Financial Controller who can both help ensure that day-to-day financial operations run smoothly and improve the quality of our follow-up and reporting. You must be able to make the numbers add up, interpret what they reveal, and respond when something is off. You work thoroughly and at a natural pace. You take the initiative, follow through, and see tasks through to completion. At the same time, you can maintain a broad perspective when priorities shift and multiple deadlines converge.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will report to the CFO and take on a broad role closely tied to day-to-day operations. The focus will be on accounting, payroll, and financial monitoring. You will also play a key role in efforts to improve workflows, data quality, and the use of our systems.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily bookkeeping, as well as managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Payroll processing in 365Løn and follow-up on time tracking in 365Tid
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Accruals, and Documentation
• VAT reconciliation and preparation of materials for the audit and other reporting
• Payroll Budget Tracking and Explanations for Variances
• Maintaining Master Data and Ensuring High Data Quality in Business Central
• Other tasks that arise in a company with a high level of activity

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

• Has a relevant degree in economics and accounting or equivalent solid practical experience
• Has experience with Business Central and can work independently on key areas of accounting
• Is proficient in Excel and can organize and verify financial data
• Can provide solid content for monthly closings with fixed deadlines
• Works precisely, but without losing speed or momentum
• I'm curious about new technology and want to participate in discussions about the real value of the finance function
• Communicates clearly and collaborates naturally with colleagues throughout the company
• Familiarity with PrintVis and Continia is a plus, but the most important thing is that you understand the big picture of accounting and can learn new systems quickly.
